Regularly missing items from orders, in addition the restaurant checks the orders and stamps "verified" even though the order is incomplete.. should review their system, and the employees.. or even the managers.. unfortunately I cannot put 0 star, you don't deserve stars..

I am very upset with the staff. A girl works here, This girl is very rude. She treated me with a lot of bad behavior and words because I spoke English. She didn't even accept my order because I spoke English. I just came here and I can't speak French. We should learn humanity before language. Thank you McDonalds. Please take care of this matter.

Honestly its so complicated to follow a simple command. Chai glaze vanilla. Last I heard, it's white, not brown, and it doesn't taste like coffee. There are at least 8 pairs of eyes who see the order, 4 who prepared it and one who is supposed to ensure that in your hand you have a chilled chai. Personally, there is a way to talk to the manager. When someone calls you hang up. Take on or give up your job.
