I have not to experience the food as of yet, however, when I called Alex to introduce myself he was polite and courteous and gave me the time to present my services, he is the real McCoy when it comes to being a business person he treats his vendors and suppliers with the respect they deserve. it's not always what you see in the front it's important to know what goes on behind the scenes....sales reps and other business owners are potential clients should be the way people think when running a business.
