I love this bakery! Their cakes are delicious. The girls at the checkout are super nice, I have always been satisfied with the service.But, I ordered a celebration cake. I insisted on the date and time I had to pick up the cake, the girl at the checkout kindly asked if it was okay for me to pick it up at that time and she was told: no problem. They told me that they will prepare it the day before and do the decoration early on the big day. So I paid for my order in advance!On the big day, my partner shows up, and everyone seems to have come out of a surprise box! They told him the cake wasn't ready!He had to come back a second time two hours after the agreed time to pick it up!!!!Arriving at the party room in front of my guests, my daughter cuts the cake and there, disaster! The cake is frozen! Nobody tasted it! A total waste! Everything ended up in the trash!I call after the party to complain and figure out what happened, no one answers, I leave a voicemail explaining my point...and as you can imagine, no one called me back at this day!!!! if only to apologize! 1- late 2- frozen cake!I wouldn't be here writing this review if they had called me back to tell me they had a problem, a sick employee, a forgotten order, a power outage…. These things happen..., but once you have a message on your voicemail, it seems to me that the minimum is to call the customer back!For my part, I no longer order my holiday cakes from this pastry shop!
