I went last week and bought 2 croissants amende chocolat. When I arrived at work I opened my bag ready to eat , disappointed, It was only filled with almonds. I called the shop , and told themMy disappointment. The girl was very nice and apologized and told me when I pass by again to mention Annie and she would take car of it. This morning ( Friday) I stopped by I ordered a latte, and mentioned to the girl what had happened earlier this week, she obviously did not believe me even after I mentioned Annie and showed her a picture of my croissants with the shop bag. She was very condescending and started talking very loudly saying it’s impossible and asked me if I still had the invoice.??? Really!!! Wow, I am new in that neighborhood, and at first I thought what a nice little place. Well I have news for you, for 2 croissants, you just lost a lifetime client. I will never again set foot there again! I looked at some posts and I’m not the only one that feels like employees there are not very pleasant.

We bought a Paris Brest, French people missing our good pastries and it was one of the most disgusting we could eat. The choux pastry was hard and dry, the cream was a sad buttercream usable as plaster or concrete for construction. For big fans of French pastry, it's a cold shower at $31.

Irresistible....Impeccable service...A1 cleanliness...Always a pleasure to stop there when I'm in the area....Vegetarian options: Their kirsch....and breads, cakes, brioches etc and coffeeParking: Also in a small parking lot across the street...Kid-friendliness: Bring the steps...the temptation is too great lol otherwise bring the money....Wheelchair accessibility: A little narrow if determined like me...possible but on nice days the tables outside

The Baba Au Rhum are delicious ?But never buy croissant from here.Below average
Their pastries are excellent! I have never been disappointed yet and they have a great variety. On the other hand, the girls at the counter are unpleasant... It seems like we are bothering them when we come.

They dropped hot coffee on my father-in-law's hand and didn't offer any compensation, nothing more than a slight apology.

Wow! So good especially his rum baba. It's crazy how I missed something so extraordinarily good at an affordable price to boot. The employees are really welcoming and intentional.Fast service. It's a must at least twice a week.Due to the proximity of the tables it is easy to have conversations with other customers.Vegetarian options: There are certain choices of vegetarian dishes and saladsParking: Unless you go to the small shopping center opposite Assigned to the customers of the shops in the center....you have to park in the street with a parking meterWheelchair accessibility: Not really. Too narrow unfortunately.
