Worst service ever my order was placed at 5:17 p.m. estimated at 5:40 p.m. delivered at 6:30 p.m. I called to find out what was happening because my order was marked as having been delivered with tracking the person on the phone told me that the delivery man delivered it that he was sorry and was going to send me the same order free delivered around 7 p.m. it knocks on my door it's the delivery man and he doesn't believe me that the guy told me that it was free wanted me to pay and told me that it was still hot so I called the Pizzahut for him past the person he told me that it was free so that later when I came back my phone the guy at the end of the line tells me is it hot it's big nonsense it's the first time in my life I've received such bad service and the last time I order there I am extremely disappointed and advise everyone who sees this review to order elsewhere especially if you speak French because it is very complicated to be understood

Don’t order online… the system doesn’t work; it will mark your pizza as delivered within their time estimate and it will arrive 45 minutes later. If you call to say that you did not receive the pizza, they will tell you that the system is not working… The delivery guy was totally clueless on how apartment numbers worked and instead of calling us, just wondered around in the parking, ending up talking to our neighbours. He tried to make us pay again not seeing that it was prepaid. Anyway… at least the pizza was good but cold.

Je savsi pas qu'il y avait un Pixza Hut, dans ce coin! Pourtant au nombre de fois que je passe par là... il est bien caché. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de tables, je recommande pour emporter. Sinon le service est courtois, l'attente a été un peu longue mais avec un seul employé ( le gerant je crois) qui était seul pour tout faire, c'est normal.

I am itinerant and not very proud, the owners had taken some of us to offer them a meal from time to time ... some took advantage of others as needed .... in the long run their generosity changed it prepares us more but he offers mistakes or bad orders .. the first time I show up there is a Haissian manager (very pretty by the way) she explains to me that they no longer prepare pizza but that if I see some in the rac in front of them they are available, that evening I leave empty-handed... today I'm hungry having eaten only a small piece of chicken I show up around 4 hrs to see if the rac contains a box of pizza there is none, I redo this ride at 5 6 7 still nothing around 8 hrs there is a box... happy I go back to ask for it... the manager refuses and tells me later. I leave disappointed and hungry and surprised....I go to the next entrance and wait later....a Haissian customer shows up and orders...can you imagine that this customer is distributed with the pizza that I should have had according to his own words because having a presently I got up to see that the box had disappeared ... the manager lies in wanting to justify her gesture because the client e very asked me to leave and the disappearance came out with 2 boxes. ..if the pizza was planned for someone...how come there weren't 2 waiting......c because the manager showed discrimination and racism...she preferred to give to a comfortable sister without Need.. than to a hungry homeless person....don't go to Pizza Hut anymore if you are against discrimination and racism, it's scandalous...and I I still have an empty stomach...
