I'm sorry to post this comment...I come twice a week to order my coffee before taking a bus and I am always very smiling and respectful towards the staff who serve me.I am aware that serving customers all day, some more friendly than others, is not easy, but today was too many times. No hello or barely from the employees, they don't always serve what I ask out of politeness I don't ask for another coffee even if I know there was a mistake.The staff is not smiling at all and the lady who served me just now huffed because I was waiting to the side to make way for the next customer when she had to call me to collect my iced cappuccino, which I had ordered hot by the way. Very unpleasant moment.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. In the 5 years I have been coming to this Tims, I have never had good service, either the food is not good/fresh, or the staff is rude, or both. Always errors in the order. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. After more than 10 minutes of waiting for my wrap, I realized that no one had called me, the girl didn't even know what was in it anymore (aka if it was really my order) and when I pointed out to her that it It's her job to remember, she became very aggressive. I already didn't come very often, I'll never come back.

Today I passed in the morning around 11 a.m. and a blonde lady aged around sixty or more really she was mean and not helpful and spoke to me in a really way I have never experienced that in my life I command and correct me in a way rude ex I asked for sandwich not wrap told me it's the same thing it's bread ?really I was shocked I couldn't even answer him given his age despite the fact that I'm a customer and I pass regularly just it's the first time I'll pass with this lady if she is sick or something she has to take painkillers or she has to learn real customer service I was really going to file a complaint and I didn't tell the story in detail

I hate complaining but, I ordered some food to go around 7 pm, and some staff is very rude . They were speaking a language not knowing that I spoke that language and they were talking BAD ABOUT ME in front of my face only cause they didn’t think I could understand. Especially the girl at the front register is rude but the food is good.

I don't feel comfortable doing it but I feel so stupid and I have to write this review. This morning i ordered everything bagel with mobile app, took the order, arrived at class and took it out to eat, it was hard and not edible. I called them and complained. The manager told me to come back and we will reimburse you and will make u another bagel. I went back, they reimbursed me and asked me what I want. I said a muffin is good. So I took it, And came home. I opened it to eat and this is the bagel. Does anyone want to eat it? I am not. Even if i starve, i won't eat such muffin. I am disappointed.
