Message for the owner of this Tim corner Gentilly and ch.chambly!Are you waiting for an accident to decide to put a sign opposite the entrance to the busy rue de Gentilly with a post which would clearly indicate to us that the entrance to the drive-thru is not directly on the right as soon as you we enter the parking lot!!!!I was at the back of my car in the middle of the sidewalk and the street with pedestrians and cars forced to back up in the street while a poor lady in your unclear entrance was backing away in pain and misery because she was wrong!Believing that she just didn't want to go there anymore, I came home afterwards and what? I also need to step back!!!! It seems that 1 in 4 people are wrong and just in the time of being there I saw 2 of them, including me, make a mistake so make an effort!!!! Employees tell me you lack budget lolI can understand that times are difficult, but ciborium, putting up a damn sign written by hand on the anchor that doesn't fade lol can do the job very well!!!I think it's just a lack of will and heart or the employees don't report complaints to you!!!If this continues, I will go and resolve your mini big problem myself which would be resolved very quickly with proactivity!!!!!!! The restaurant is empty but when the little lady wearing glasses saw me she stayed hidden behind as if she hadn't seen me. I walked over to show her that I saw it and she came up to me saying hello while cleaning the wax in her eyes with her fingers. Several incomplete drive-thru orders, cold coffee, coffee without cream or sugar, etc. BLT without tomatoes only to be told that there are no more tomatoes today... tired of pretending to be cellars. I lost money and paid more than the price!!!!
