A nice place to hang out close to Mont Orford. Although we are a huge crowd they are still able to provide the food in timely manner. Staffs are friendly and understand that you dont speak french

June 29th, my husband and I brought his 90 year old mother out for dinner. He ordered the fish and chips and we ordered the breaded chicken fingers. All came with warm, carboard tasting fries. The chicken breading was hard as rock. My mother in law removed her dentures and had to break her chicken into small pieces. We were not informed of the beer special. We heard about it from the waitress serving another table! We asked our waiter and he said it would show up in the bill...not. had we been just myself and husband, we would have sent everything back to the kitchen but did not want to make a scene and ruin my mother in law's outing. Also, our waiter Jonathan was obviously young and starting out and we didn't want to make him feel bad. We have been at this spot before and encountered problems..last year with my now deceased mother on her 60th wedding anniversary...vaccination passport was the problem. They would not let her in without I'D...a senior with a paralysed arm and in a wheelchair! I think it was safe to assume she had all her vaccines as she resided at the local CHLD in Magog. Food was not great either. Again we kept quiet for the same reason. One last note...there should be carport as many that come are seniors and we had to load my MIL in the pouring rain in our car..we will never ever come back!!!! 86.00 plus tip ?
