Beautiful location, unfortunately the food seriously lacks taste. Presentation of the dishes very ordinary and prices too high.

Very good restaurant, only downside, I really like white sauce and I didn't have any for myself. The seafood pasta I would have taken with white sauce or carbonara style.Lots of choice in tomato sauce. On the other hand, the eggplant starter and beef carpaccio were excellent. The seafood pasta was good (for my taste, I would have preferred white sauce), the scallops were excellent, cooked perfectly. The duck parpadel was very good and our friends loved their lasagna. The service at the beginning we were dissatisfied... we were forgotten... It took a very long time to receive our starters, it took 1 hour, no one came back to bring us water or apologize for the wait. .On the other hand, when the waitress came back, she apologized, she was honest for having forgotten us, she had to manage something else, she brought us rolls, made my pasta gratinated without extra and brought us a very good limoncello ice cream to make up for it.It raised our happiness index for all of us and we left very happy with our experience. We are happy with our evening and will recommend your establishment, thank you.

Definitely NOT authentic Italian food. First of all, the seafood linguini plate at $32 had VERY little seafood , one shrimp, one mid size scallop, 3 mini scallops and 6 mussels. The pasta was far from "al dente" (way overcooked), the tomato sauce tasted too much of tomato juice and was sweet. Not edible, I left 95% of the plate untouched. They served four small slices of foccacia complimentary (presumably replacing the bread) which was a nice gesture, the dough was very good but extremely salt. One of my friends took the linguini with capicollo and gorgonzola but it had an abundance of poppy seeds which was an odd mixture, another "not suggested" dish. They had cavatelli on the menu, so I asked if it was fresh pasta, the answer was NO. If you're going to have this type of pasta on the menu, make sure they are fresh cavatelli, store bought cavatelli are horrendous. The place was very nice, but soft italian music should be playing in the background, not loud unrelated music. The servers were very nice but, there was a tension in the air, they all seemed to be very stressed.Since I left most of my plate untouched, I was asked why and they did reduce the bill which was a nice customer satisfaction gesture. If restauranteurs insist on passing their restaurants off as Italian restaurants, make sure you serve authentic italian dishes, not knock offs, at ridiculous prices.

Thank you for having us as a group. We appreciated being placed at the back, it allowed us to have our privacy and not to disturb. The service: impeccable, people are smiling and extraordinarily kind. I recommend without hesitation.

We happened upon this spot after we were turned away from several other very busy restaurants on rue Principale in Magog. And were we happy we did! The food was exceptionally tasty (Lasagna), and the wine wonderful. Special shout out to our server, Maude Bois, who was super helpful, friendly, upbeat. She made it a pleasure to be there. We'll be back.

Ok, so we were tourists in Magog, and we wanted to try this Italian food restaurant, "we found on google." We made a reservation beforehand.First of all, there's no English menu. Fine, we tried to understand a little bit since it's also the dishes' names, which are known by their Italian name. The waitress, at the beginning, tried to be friendly and wanted to translate some of the dishes on the menu.We ordered the appetizers first, and Caesar salad was so good. But shrimp had something made our stomach started to flip. Then we ordered linguini with sea food. "I saw the pictures on their Google website" and Gnnochi. The linguini came with almost no salt at all. I wanted to ask the waitress, but she never showed up to our table until the end.The Gnocchi was kinda hard to chew and burned. We waited for the waitress to come check on us if we liked the food or if we needed anything, but she never showed up." Though she was busy talking with locals on the other tables and completely ignored us,"When we finally got her attention, we told her we needed some water, and she went and never even showed up while she was bringing water to other tables but not us.Then we waved to her to give us the bill, and at the end, I told her we asked for water and waited more than 7 minutes, but you completely forgot us. She started apologizing.Very disappointed and disrespectful behavior. What I felt was that because we are not locals, she never gave any attention to us. And there might be some racism to the language and race as well since we are not québécois. :|I don't recommend you to go there if you are not local because they will ignore you and never give you any attention.((Not to mention, we got really bad pain in the stomach after we ate this food))

Meilleur spot en ville. Le service courtois. Friendly et impeccable. Le "live show" de la chansonnière Marily excellente et adorable. Bref une soirée réussie dans un bel endroit avec vue sur la marina et toute la poésie qui s'en suis. Je reviendrai.(Translated by Google)Best spot in town. Courteous service. Friendly and spotless. (Le plat salé restait très bon : pâtes poireaux et pavot, les raviolis à la courge étaient assez maigres)(Translated by Google)Super nice place but unfortunately very very long, about 1h45 to have our dish (hot), sorely lacking in taste...No explanation for the wait, maybe a lack of staff.A glass of wine offered by the house but refused (not drinking alcohol) so no discount on the final bill.$140 for a 2-hour wait and every other dish quite salty... (The savory dish was still very good: leek and poppy seed pasta, the squash ravioli were quite meager)
