The food is just as expected. However, the service is often disappointing, the ketchup dispenser is empty, or there are no little cups for it when I go. Also, the restaurant isn't kept clean most of the time.
It's sad to see that over the past couple of months, there are more negative reviews than positive. I order here all the time because we live in the area and my husband cannot eat at many places because he has celiac. This was my second time eating at this location, and it was poor quality. Food was served hard and dry (as if under a heat lamp) for a long period of time. The first time I had ordered for 10 people and the food was amazing, super fresh, hot ! Guess it depends on how much you spend?? Won't be returning to this location, it doesn't represent the franchise name very well unfortunately.
