I ordered 3 poke bowls for a total of $85 on Uber Eats. I get the order, the bowls are 80% soft lettuce. The shrimp were tiny, the avocados were not fresh, there was barely any salmon in the other 2 bowls, in short really disappointing for the price. I call the restaurant to share my dissatisfaction with them, they don't care at all.I usually go to the sushi shop in Ste Eustache and it is 1000x better. This is the first and last time for me at this branch.

Very disappointed.Mango Pokébowl, with 2 mini pieces of mango???The shrimp tempura paid extra were raw and not tempura at all.I put 3 for the atmosphere, because I had it delivered.

We ordered two super simple poke! An Umami and a spicy tuna.... The umami was not one and the tuna was miraculously transformed into salmon!!Almost no vegetables and the rice we asked for sticky rice and we got ordinary rice not to mention that everything was in a real soup!!! A strange liquid that we don't know where it comes from.... Totally we threw everything in the trash because it was so disgusting! Worst sushi shop ever!!!!!!!

The restaurant was excessively messy, from the countertops to the sticky floors to the tables crowded with long-finished dishes. Difficult to make oneself understood, the level of French is not at the level of a retail trade, very big doubts about the freshness of the products, the sushi was hot/lukewarm. I don't recommend the place.

I ordered a poke bowl which tasted good. But only had like 3/4 of an inch of rice at the bottom, and a little bit of shrimp. 80+% of the bowl was sliced lettuce. Its very disappointing for a 20$ meal. I’ll order elsewhere next time.

Excellent sushi however very disappointed with the service since I had ordered 200 sushi to take away and when I arrived home I noticed that 100 sushi was missing even though I had made sure with the employee that the order was complete before leaving.... when i called to complain they told me to come back immediately and it was ready.

Very big disappointment. We are asked to arrive at a certain time, the sushi has not even been started. It is impossible to speak with the employees, who speak neither French nor English. Very difficult also to request a change, because the "special requests" tab of the order is never read and respected. My sister went to get the order and the employee looked her straight in the eye as she stuffed it all into the bag. Result: Our sushi looks a bit like the Hunchback of Notre-Dame.Before, it was much better. I don't know what's going on with this place, but the customer service is getting more and more lame.
