My comment is in no way linked to the customer service that was offered to me because it was great, but the freshness of the donuts which was equal to a handful of sawdust....I hope that there will be an adjustment.

Usually a Tim improves with time, but here clearly it's the opposite. Errors every time in my orders (and when you go to the drive-thru, it's a bit annoying). The staff has trouble taking the order correctly and that's when I don't have to repeat it 5 times.
