Not many desserts on display. I asked to see the other choices on the list, foam etc but it was not possible. The taste of the blueberry/vanilla tart was very good but the dough was a little stiff... for the price. The lady seemed rather impatient to me. Saturday 12 at 3 p.m.I will go back anyway.

Delicious eclair St Honoré and Kouign Amann.

Delicious little bakery meant mainly for takeout but they also have a couple seats by the window to dine in. Both the almond croissant and pear mousse cake was delicious! Croissants were flaky and the cake was light and not too sweet!

If Paris is too far to travel for good pastries and desserts, then just go to Tremblant. The LAB will satisfy your cravings of good authentic and delicious pastries and desserts. Wish I could live closer to it.

Wow! Bravo! Excellent! A little taste of France in Mont-Tremblant area of St-Jovite, superb! Real French patisserie, real butter, real ingredients, made with high level skills, very impressive to have this in town. This couple looks like they work hard and put lots of dedication, love and passion in their work. Friendly warm service is appreciated and encouraged to continue since that's the Canadian way ;) looking forward to going there again, 5 stars!
