Nice place. Good ambiance. Good service. Ok food.Ordered a Mac and Cheese au Poulet Fumé. The chicken was not smoked. So I’m slightly disappointed. More like big chunks of dry, unseasoned chicken breast in a cheese pasta. Cheese sauce was good. Similar to a common alfredo sauce. I had a piece of bone in my plate, which is ok, no problem. But if you advertise smoked chicken, make smoked chicken. The place looks like a smokehouse so it would’ve been nice.It wasn’t that busy at 9pm on a thursday.

Never again the shack for us

Ideally located at the foot of the slopes, we stopped at the Shack with the desire to enjoy a good Burger! For me the mountain man and for my darling the vege Burger. As soon as we arrived, we were looked down upon by the person who assigned the seats, the latter ignored us to seat a group who arrived after us. After I asked her directly if there was room, she made us wait a bit before settling in nonchalantly. Our server was friendly, he explained the menu well, served water quickly... As for the burgers... The slice of cheddar is a common slice that you find in a package at the supermarket, it has no taste and no It's not melted. For the veggie steak... we had to ask if it wasn't a real steak because it was absolutely identical to mine even though there are vegetarians for whom the taste of meat now disgusts them. We didn't enjoy our meal... Too bad because the place is nice

Burger was delicious and a great view of the slopes! Loved the late 90s early 2000s music. May be a little loud if you want to relax.

Overall the atmosphere amongst hundreds of skiers makes the outdoor seating area very popular. Very busy but outstanding service and food... French onion soup and poutine comes highly recommended. A menu with many options at a reasonable "Tremblant Village " price.

Waited 45min for the check after my husband started having a severe migraine. They did not care. The worst service I have ever experienced. Overpriced, rude staff, and horrible people. Would never recommend this place.

horrible service, food came out quick but took over an hour to get our check at the bar. We had to ask over 5 TIMES before they printed it out. By that time the mountain was closed and we couldn’t get more runs in.

Quebec school break so it's a busy week but we were seated reasonably fast. Service was amazingly quick (thank you to our waiter David). Fluent English service too, so much appreciated. Ribs and French onion soup were very good. Not as pricey as many other restaurants in Mont Tremblant Village so all around a great experience. (4th time there in as many years).
