We had a wonderful meal here while staying at Chateau Beauvallon. We are not sushi fans, but our complimentary sushi appetizer was very good - didn't win me over to sushi, however. We ordered entrees from the menu, which were very tasty.

Went on a Sunday night. The food was delicious. Got two steaks (one with the scotch thing on top). Had a coupon for appetizers (chef's choice). It was so very unique and absolutely delicious. But it was expensive.

Awful service made the experience absolutely horrendous. We had reservations at 8 and arrived on time and were seated . No one attended to us until a bus boy came 15 minutes later to ask us if we wanted water . The place was not packed. We got water then had to find someone to take our drink order after waiting another 15 minutes . Waited additional fifteen minutes before someone brought our drinks and then told us the specials. Walked away. No one came to take our order It was now 910 pm and we had not put in our order or even gotten bread . We got the attention of the maitre de who apologized and said she would take care of us. After taking order and asking for butter since we never got it with the bread , we got no service , no butter, no one to ask if we needed anything else, despite being told we would have someone serve us. We never met our waiter until he gave us the check at the end oblivious that we had an awful experience . They tried to give us desert on the house but we could not get out of there fast enough. Food was good but service was some of the worst we have ever had. I even tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and asked if they were short staffed but the Maitre de seemed upset I asked and said they were fully staffed . That made it even worse to know such terrible service still existed with a full staff. No one seemed in charge or to notice. I'm not usually a review writer but couldn't wait to write this one . Caveat emptor!

No table available even though the place was empty. Seated at the sushi counter but no sushi chef. Pre-made sushi sitting on a counter. Tiny place with no atmosphere. Food might be good but I didn't stick around to find out.

The service was beyond terrible and I'm certain our server smoked a joint before his shift. There were only 5 other customers at the time and three servers but......it took 30mins to get our drinks, 1hr, 15mins to get our food. I spilt a glass of red wine on my shirt and the server comes over with a salt shaker and then proceeds to tell me how bad it is for fabric. Our tablecloth was also soaked and there was a puddle of wine under my feet. They didn't bother to move us, change our table cloth, refill my glass or even offer me some napkins. Then they pushed desert and here I'm thinking we may get it for free because it's our anniversary. Nope, they charged for it. I had also asked for a nice table well in advance, but they sat us beside a table of three ladies who were loud and hammered. The only saving grace was that the food was good, but small portions. Worst service I've ever had. Will never go back or recommend it to anyone. I'm getting angry again just writing this.

While on vacation we had our dinner in this restaurant . Our waiter Bruno made this an unforgettable experience. His description of food on the menu was impressive and the wine pairing perfect. This was not the first time we have dined here, and when on vacation we will return. Eating here is always a wonderful experience no matter what you choose on the menu.

Sushi was fabulous, 9/10 ... but steak (main course) quality was unfortunately poor ! All meat servings (5 people) were served barely warm, closer to cool ! All cooked vegetables were also cold ... for everyone !? Looks like plates were ready in advanced and served later. Even though uneasy, we complained specifically for one plate (member didn't want meat cold), they (restaurant host) took plate away, apologized and brought plate back a few min later, this time meat warmer, but to our surprise ... same piece of meat, but re-cooked (oven or micro-oven) !?! So much for ordering "rare" ... meat turned out well-done after this !? Perplexed, we simply didn't say anything more ! I barely ate mine (too cold). Daughter's lamb rack was barely cooked, not seized enough ... fat still raw not melted/seized !? At dessert time, when asked how things so far, we commented that all our plate were cold and the meat that was re-heated was simply unacceptable, they offered dessert for everyone on the house , which was fine ... but that doesn't compensate for an awful main course delivery. I have to say, that our waiter was fabulous though ... but blame was forwarded to the kitchen. If Gordon Ramsay had been there ... a few words would of come out of his mouth for sure ! Sorry Prime Steak Sushi Bar, delivery that night for us was absolutely mediocre ! Absolutely not worth the $450 spent that night ! Been there before (was far superior), unfortunately this is our last time.

La bouffe était assez bonne (Steaks comme suis) mais l'espace incluant les tables, éclairage, décor font que ce restaurant n'est pas une bonne adresse pour passer une belle soirée au resto à Tremblant. Très décevant sur cet aspect.

My wife and I visited Chateau Beauvallon about 3 years ago when the dining room was set around the fireplace. At that time we found the food excellently prepared and delicious and the ambiance lovely. They have moved the dining room to the front of the building and, with that move, have lost some of the elegance of the restaurant. We found the food OK but nothing that would make this a reason to want to return. If we did come for another visit we would probably try other restaurants in the area before settling on this one. We were particularly disappointed as we had brought our daughter and her boyfriend from England telling them how special we had found the restaurant before and they had forgone a nice meal in Montreal the evening before in anticipation of this. It didn't measure up.

Was there on New Years day for dinner with 9 people including children. We waited close to 2 hours for food. They rarely cleared dishes and empty glasses. Sushi was all so sweet it was barely edible. Inept service.

My wife and I both enjoyed the Christmas Dinner special and the great service from the staff. We were quite surprised and pleased when the bartender came to the table to explain the different characteristics of the different wines we had picked to go with our dinner. We definitely go back !!

Food here was ok. I would not consider this as a top steak house. Sushi was surprisingly very good. The service was slow but we where told that they where behind so that was fine. I ordered the Porterhouse steak apparently had one left ... wow at a steak house ... My wife ordered the usda filet. 20 minutes after waiting they told my wife that they ran out of filet steaks ... WTF ... To our surprise they fond one... the food came after 30 minutes. my wife's filet was very good 7/10. My porterhouse was bleu ..... NOT COOKED ... for the first time ever I return my food. I had specifically asked for medium. They put it in the oven for at least 18 minutes ... yes my wife ate alone. My steak came back It was good this time. its a good small restaurant but it needs to be operated by a professional.

This "hotel" restaurant is ok, the place is very small and noise, the service ( Bruno) was amassing but the food is average, ( sushi is very good) when you order a Filet Mignon of 50$ and you receive it cool and dry in your plate with a cold potato ( like is was on the table for 30 min) this was not accetable, we can find other restaurant in Tremblant better then that for less money.

Sebastian was our server, he was AMAZING!! Attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. The food was delicious, all 6 of us enjoyed what we had. The steak tartar that I had was the best!

The food was wonderful. Scallop entré delicious and the sushi was so tasty. The service was okay. The older male waiter was rather pompous and it was like we were doing him a favor to dine there. He did not bring the meal right away for our youngest as asked (not wait for all the adults to eat their appertizers). She asked politely for some honey and we had to ask him a second time and then she was still waiting to eat her meal and then had to ask the lady waitress who did it immediately with a smile. We had to ask him twice to refill our wine glasses. He did not seem to happy to be there. The bus boy who refilled our water glasses was very friendly and pleasant.
