Last night my granddaughter and Iordered online and we wereconfirmed the order by email, then we were also confirmed delivery within a certain time frame, then we were texted that our order was canceled (for no reason) and finally we were confirmed that the order had been delivered even though we NEVER NEVER received this order.This is unacceptable, it's theft.Zero stars!

We are currently inside the interior of the A and the W. you say burger? We say flaming fire. You say drunk we say shoulder rubs. I feel like I’m on the farm. my ketchup sachet was full. The garbage can was full of history and Max is a legend.

What the hell? Seriously? How do you mess up that badly? You only got the sweet potato right ffs
Manager understaffing on purpose. Never wanted to make a post to hire someone else for this specific shift and I went to work very stressed everydays knowing that some employees wouldn't come in or come in late while we are rushing. Had to finish the job of the last shift because they didn't do much. Manager didn't care but was kind at least. No use working hard there, they don't valuate efforts. I'm sorry Vanessa, I hope you get out of here. I miss you.

Food was good. Service was absolutely terrible.Asked for a combo, she didn't charge for a combo. Did not give the drink in a frosty mug. Didn't even ask what I wanted to drink and just assumed it was a coke. Never asked eat in or take out and just bagged it all so I had to get a tray myself. And still part of the order was wrong. She clearly looks like she'd rather be elsewhere. Terrible service. Management may want to look in to how customers are being served.
