Sanitary concern: opens at 7:30 but all tables are dirty from last night.Old coffee from the gas station is served intead of A&W organic fair trade coffee.Poor guy was there alone to run the whole front, back kitchen, drive through and cleaning etc..This gas station's A&W is hurting the brand.

I am a trans woman and already at the car order on the microphone, gentlemen told me, then deliberately dropped my change on the ground and the guy on the microphone plus the other guy (angry face) came to give him cash for me and another guy looked at me like I was a freak and laughed.In 2023 let's see things evolve and it's disrespectful in terms of customer service.

This branch is a disgrace to A&W. The service is always bad, the quality of the food too, cold fries, burgers cooked a long time in advance, stiff and dry. And today, at 11:45 a.m., I was told that they don't have fries!? So I order 2 Mama burgers... They don't come back to tell me that the grills don't work! Why are you open? Totally ridiculous, to be avoided at all costs.

It was good.Vegetarian options: Burger Behond Meat, one of the best fast food veggie burgers.Parking: This is the gas station parking lot. A&W located in Petro-Canada. The building is dirty, the floors are sticky, the traveling clientele is uninviting and sometimes disturbing. There are many smells. There were 5 of us ordering and the last one was ignored for a few minutes due to lack of care at the checkout.
