my first meal in Canada and I was very impressed. Staff was very accommodating of the language barrier and the food came fast. I enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich and myself and two friends shared the poutine, with sweet potato fries as well the meal was very fulfilling. I would return!

This is a great location! They were super quick and efficient. The fries were very fresh, at other locations they can be older and dry. The dining room was clean, the garbage area was not full of dishes either. The condiment area was stocked up too! The burger was a little smaller than I remember but still very good though.

Very disappointing!I went there Monday afternoon and they gave me stale food with dirty lettuce, without cheese in my burger and the bread was very hard to eat. There was one indian girl in the front and she is very rude and doesn’t even speak English and french properly. And i am never coming back for anything and i suggest everyone not to go there. The food is really bad. If you are serious about your health don’t go there. Because they don’t even wash their hands.

This place is always dirty when I go inside. The tables are sticky, the garbage is full, and the garbage is on the floor. There was no ketchup in the dispenser and when I went to go ask for ketchup the guy walked to the back to talk on his cell phone.The workers walk around like they own the place. Talking on the cell phone or to their friend. Three workers were standing in front talking but not one attempting to fix any of the stuff stated above. I asked to order in and everything was given in a take-out bag. No mug, no fry basket. Clearly to avoid having to do any extra wash. If this was in the late evening I'd understand but this was mid-afternoon on a weekend.While waiting for food a person came in to speak with a manager about a job. The worker turned him away and told him they weren't hiring instead of taking the person's info or telling him to return to speak with someone who could assist him at a later date.The food was warm and fast but I'll avoid dining or ordering from this a &w again. If you want this food, go to the Atwater establishment. They provide much better service.

I want to write specifically about location at 2313 Saint-Catherine. My friend and I are in wheelchairs, we went there before seeing a movie. The Restaurant is completely wheelchair accessible and very clean.The staff could not have been more accommodating; they were patient, allowed us plenty of time to order, brought our food to us, and made sure we were seated comfortably. When we left, the staff was there to hold the doors for us.If you are in a wheelchair, visit this location, you won't be disappointed.Thank you to the staff at this location for going way above and beyond to help my friend and I.

Terrible! It was after 4 am my hubby and I went to a New Year's party and wanted to get something quick to eat afterward. We were not allowed to order anything. The priority was Uber orders. Could you believe there were about 10 people inside the restaurant who were not able to order anything? We had to wait 30 to 45 minutes. I and several others just gave up and left.

This is my guilty pleasure food shop. What ever time of day or night, because they are open 24 hours, you can eat to your hearts content.I am a Poulet Chubby kind of guy. I cannot get enough of their famous chicken sandwich. Of course you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks !! For the burger connoisseur there is a wide selection of burgers for your choosing.The Forum is beginning to get her second wind, as new spaces have popped up and we hope to see the rest of the ground floor open to new businesses. But for now you have a few choices for food.A&W is one of them. Come visit them today !!
