Open 24/7, yet refuse to serve from you from 11-12pm until 6-7pm depend on the staff currently working. Staff just smoke and play on phone while doing nothing and getting paid, should consider either retraining the staff or just remove the 24/7 sign and close the restaurant for the night and re-open the next day.
