Cashiers are really humble(one girl and one boy were there), I was confused with the menu because this is my first time coming to A&W and they explained me the menu patiently, and the burger and fries are hot and fresh.

When you think about A&W you expect their specialty to be on point. After walking back to the office in freezing cold outside, was very much looking forward to my favourite onion rings from A&W. only to be dismay with burnt, soft disgusting tasting something. My co worker and I both got these cold, soft and burnt onion rings. This should be illegal. This Franchisee is clearly cutting corners.

This location is terrible. They charge 6.79$ for soggy half empty bag of onion rings. They eat from the fry bin while working, and talk amongst themselves instead of serving their clients.

I returned to the office from having worked remotely for 3 years. Since September of this year, I have been in search of toast in the morning before arriving at the office. I have been to McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Starbucks and Van Houtte near my work. No one, absolutely no one makes toast anymore. I tried A&W this week and I felt as though I won the lotto. The person at the cash was curtious, reassuring and took my order of toast coffee with jam and peanut butter. All I can say is "thank you" A&W! You rock! You made this customer so happy ? I plan to encourage your business because you did not follow the norm.

A&W is generally my favourite burger place! As a vegetarian it's pretty challenging to find a burger with a good patty! But this place does vegetarian magnificently! Their beyond burger is hands down the best veggie burger I've ever had! Yum! I can also recommend their sweet potato fries with that awesome smoky curry sauce. Good job A&W! I'll definitely return :-)Vegetarian options: The beyond burger is the best veggie burger I've had!
