I recently visited Al Taib, hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but was met with disappointment. The service at the restaurant was far below expectations; the staff appeared disorganized and seemed to struggle with basic customer interactions, which significantly detracted from the atmosphere.The food, particularly the pizza, was equally underwhelming. It lacked the freshness I anticipated, suggesting that quality has taken a backseat. This was not the Al Taib I remembered from years past, where vibrant flavors and attentive service were the norms.It's disheartening to see such a decline in both food quality and customer service at a place that once held a reputable standing. This visit was a letdown, and it's hard to recommend Al Taib to others based on this recent experience. It seems that significant improvements are necessary for it to return to its former glory.

I ordered two extra large pizzas online; the online form was easy to fill out. I ordered a special with drinks and selected some online. When I picked up the order, the guy refused the drinks! The pizza was not good, the dough was like cardboard and the toppings were sparse. I could tell the pizza was going to be cheap when I picked up the boxes and they were light weight. Shinkflation on the pizzas, cardboard crust and no drink...I will not order from them again

Unfortunately, the taste of pizza changes a lot.The sauce has acidity and has a strange flavor. And the dough is a lot. Even the kofta looks old.Last time I buy from you. three times . I go down to downtown Montreal and say maybe the situation will change, but every time the taste gets worse.
