The shawarma spot had meat as dry as the desert and veggies that looked like they'd seen better days. Plus, the pita was so soggy it fell apart in my hands. Honestly, save yourself and head across the street to Metro instead.

Even though my friend warned me a lot of times to not order food here, I went ahead to buy pita chicken. And I should say it was the worst ever! I don’t know what they did but my food was so cold!! They did not even care to heat up my pita. No sauces in it even though I asked for all dressed. It was so tasteless that I couldn’t able to finish it. When I asked for the garlic sauce, they said it would be of charge. When I demanded again, they said it’s fine and gave it to me. Never ever coming back here again nor letting my friends order from here!

I took a chicken pita it was really cold with a smell it's not good I just threw it away I just ask the owner to pay attention to the feeding dates and be careful because it shows that the chicken with the the smell that gives is really dangerous for health and thank you I hope that the service and the food will be good in the next few days

You need to pay more attention to cooking the chicken and its quantity on the plate.

Usually the food is great, and many of those who work there are very kind and professional. I would go there to pickup the TooGoodToGo orders, which are a great deal and delicious. However, I am very irritated at the lack of respect some workers show; there have been many times that I have gone to pick up my pre-paid order, only for the store to be closed. If the pick up window time frame is from 7:30 pm to 8 pm, and I arrive at 7:50 and the store is closed, packed up and no lights on.... it is so disrespectful. The allotted time to pick up the food should be honoured.I went a few weeks ago, and it was 5 minutes before the end of the pickup time. Therefore, I am entitled to my food, and do not believe that I am being rude. The man at the counter was without a doubt, one of the most unpleasant, unwelcoming and disrespectful service workers I have ever met. This man looked at me visibly disgusted as he and his coworker were packing up the grills. I appreciate that they wanted to go home, but the disrespect and frankly abuse that was hurled at me by one of the coworkers is unacceptable. He told me to leave, he argued heatedly in a language I am not familiar with, and was arguing with his coworker. It seems like his coworker wanted to calm him down and to help me. He sighed, audibly groaned, gave me a dirty look and as he was aggressively throwing the watery leftover salads into a container I simply shook my head and walked out. I was not going to take that kind of abuse from someone for being 5 minutes before the cut off.I would like the management of Amir to be attentive to the fact that... you have control over the timeframe. It is at the discretion of your management that the time frame for picking up TooGoodToGo orders are. If your workers wants to be out and home at a reasonable time (which is very fair), then instead of putting the pick up time at 8, maybe just do it 15 minutes or 30 minutes before you need to start packing up!!It is ridiculous that the workers feel they can be snappy, rude, and abusive simply because they are too lazy to adjust the time. The workers have every right to want to pack up and close shop at the allocated time, just as I have the right to pick up food that I ALREADY PAID FOR at the allocated time. The sighs, the dirty looks, the refusal to be respectful because they are annoyed that paying customers arrive DURING THE TIMEFRAME OF THE PICKUP and treat them abusively because they are annoyed at having to disturb their clean up time is not only unfair to customers, but to the workers.Management needs to explain to the workers that they need to set meals aside for pickup instead of waiting to the last minute, and if they are working that shift then they also have a responsibility to provide food for those who have ALREADY PAID!Or better yet, just make the pickup time 15 to 30 minutes before the workers need to clean up shop. So they don't have to be stressed, and I dont need to deal with grown men throwing tantrums and disrespecting me!Unprofessional and frankly embarrassing

I had a shish taouk sandwich and the chicken is not crispy, it is white with no grilled pieces. The taste is bland, I barely taste the garlic sauce. I've ordered twice now and both experiences are the same.

I got poisoned eating at this place, the chicken was served almost raw.

Very dirty. Tables were a mess. Unclear if proper hygiene protocols are followed to serve the food. Cutlery all bunched up in dirty bins right beside an overflowing garbage.
