I get my bread at Ecodep on Laurier. Having an irritable colon, eating sourdough bread is preferable. He is one of the rare bakers to make bread only with sourdough. The only downside is that the spelled loaf is not always available. Kamut bread is quite digestible on the other hand.

Amazing! The best apple turnovers I've had the chance to eat to date. The breads are tasty. My taste buds have an experience when I taste the different products. The fact that all your grains are whole, everything is homemade, even the yeast, is exceptional. If you haven’t experienced it yet, I recommend you try everything. It's worth it. An exquisite dense bread! A funny fact: I just tasted the best English muffin and Maxime informed us that he would refund us since the result was not optimal. I refused his refund ;-)
