The food is good and inexpensive. The service is OK, but the waitress only spoke English so it was a bit difficult to order. Limited parking on adjacent streets

Killer Butter Chicken!!!! We tried the lamb curry also and it was fantastic. They don’t provide rice or naan with the meal so keep that in mind when ordering. We didn’t know but had rice at home so made some basmati there. We did order garlic naan to eat with and one was enough for the portion of curry.Seriously though… the butter chicken we think the best we’ve ever had… wish the portion was a little more but that’s us drooling and wanting left overs!Take out was fast, we ordered online and it was ready before the online portal said.Wheelchair accessibility: Building itself is not accessible

They have a very interesting menu that includes several dishes that are less common and worth trying. Surprisingly, everything was very sweet. That's something I expected with dishes that use coconut, but definitely not in dahl makhani!Vegetarian options: It's indian food, duh!

Terribly disorganized and overcharge their clients and do not fulfill orders. There is no attempt to rectify their mistakes. No accountability. Small portion sizes. Order anyone else but here.

Went to try this place with my boyfriend and the service was so bad. We came in the restaurant and there was no one to greet us. We also had to get the waiter to take our orders, after waiting for 15minutes. The waiter took our orders and we waited another 15-20minutes, then we asked if our food is ready the waiter said “i’ll go check” and kept talking with other customers, we just got up and left because this is unbelievable. In general, this place’s customer service is really BAD, the restaurant is really really small and the employees are rude and not smiling, they don’t make you feel welcome at all, don’t go there, go somewhere else.

I asked for spicy butter chicken but it might've been the creamiest, mildest butter chicken I've ever had. It tasted yummy but lacked complexity or intensity.

It was very taste & healthy. I was really excited about visiting Boombay Mahal because their staff are very familiar to me.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I had with indian food, which is so much disappointing since I’ve heard so much good stuff about it. First we were the only customers there, but the waitress forgot some of our orders and we had to ask her about it literally one hour after others were served. The butter chicken, which is literally the most common dish to order when I go to an indian place was terrible. I don’t know if it’s because they rushed it because it was forgotten, but it was just so bland. It tasted like orange cream mixed with water. After that I asked for the bill, and had to wait 20 minutes. Plus, after I left, my friends who stayed there had a problem for the check, because one of them received the same bill as me even though I saw the staff removing my name from the list of customers (that and I did pay MY bill, it wasn’t a mix up). If that was my first experience with indian food I’m not sure i’d try it again.
