Billed as the best pizza in MTL it was mediocre at best. Not sure how it became to be listed as a top spot to eat around the Bell Centre. Almost empty when we walked in, it was unclear if we should seat ourselves or wait for a host. Asked someone working there for a table and they sat us, then waited 10-15 min for menus. We were not offered water. Food and drink order was taken 20 min after menus were delivered. Waited 30 min for two mixed drinks and a Pepsi (place was empty). Food came out with before drinks, still no water. Asked for water and plates, helper (not waiter) seemed bothered at this request. I feel bad for the people that came in after us that sat and waited longer than we did for menus, noticed they had to ask for water also. Seems like this place is in desperate need of a manager.

Very bad service. Your server and staff are not coordinated at all. There was no more basil. The cook making the pizzas were slow. You obviously need to have better staff planning. If it’s a Thursday night, prepare in advance. I’m 7-months pregnant. Came here with a 2 year old toddler. Your staff decided to give the priority to a teenager getting two pizzas for take out. We waited 40+ minutes for our pizzas.

Food is good, tried the deep dish (Detroit) and Neapolitan. The Detroit is definitely better, the Neapolitan is average. The cheese garlic bread was really nice, I would definitely recommend it. I had issues with the service, both times that I have visited this establishment. On the phone, the gentleman was rude when we asked about reservations, at the restaurant the server (probably the same man) didn't really seem to care about his table. Lack of attention, didn't even bring us menus until we asked him etc etc... to the point where the woman server, who wasn't assigned to our table, helped us and seemed very nice. Because the food was fine I'm giving it 4 stars, but the service is really poor.

We got the bbq chicken napolitan pizza and the detroit chicken pizza. There were some issues with our orders though, the marinara on top of the detroit pizza was fully cold, the toppings were only on half of the whole pizza, also the bbq chicken some slices were just

Haven't had much pizza in Canada, but just walked past this pizza place and decided to give it a go. The pizza base was very good and the Margherita topping tasty. To be critical it would have been better with more basil but otherwise 9 out of 10!

Terrible customer service and pizza. Ordered a pizza for delivery to our location less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. The pizza arrived burnt around the sides, paper thin and soggy in the middle and ice cold. I'm really unsure how it arrived so cold considering our location.I called the restaurant to request a refund and was told to email as the manager would be in later and would address it by email. Still waiting for a response.........
