One of the best burgers in my life! I were here a few times and never been disappointed in taste of the food or quality service. Very friendly and super yammy place. BUT they are CLOSED. Hopefully they will back soon.

At the first moment you step in that restaurant team give you an agreeable feeling. Very friendly stuff, it is a friendly restaurant to go out with buddies or with your date. tasty meals, experienced chef de cuisine, good price and generous service. Highly recommended.

I found this place on one of those "best burgers of montreal" articles online. It's located on a nice street, once you're done eating you can continue walking and there's other stuff to see.

Came here with a friend, this is a cozy little restaurant that serves great burgers, you get to chose your protein source : beef, chicken or vegetarian. The beef is cooked to your preference, I took mine medium rare and it was perfect. You get to choose your topings, and you have such choices as guacamole, fried egg, and other choices on top of the usual tomato, onions, lettuce and condiments. Mine was delicious. I wouldn't recommend a first date here, it can get messy ?

Great burgers and poutine, pricey abit but it's worth it.

Really good juicy burger, they asked you how you cooked you want your beef patty. Good service. Been there 3 times already.

Great place for a juicy burger. I hand the hangover, will be back to try more?

"Royal with cheese" What do you call a 1/4 pounder w/ cheese in French? @burgerroyalmtl is a Pulp Fictionized burger joint on St-Laurent. "The Big Boss" burger was juicy with an excellent bun/patty/topping ratio. Farm 2 table, they craft you a perfect Burger with in house patties. The service is hip & the feel is cozy. Tarantino is the name, burger is the game. Parking = Bad, $=Good but "this is some serious gourmet Food". Follow @JackyEatsMTL

It's been 3 years since I've been here and I still miss it. I crave the burgers I had during my trip to Montreal. I plan on coming back ASAP. The sauces they had here were amazing and I still remember the friendliness of the chefs who talked me through what they were making. This place certainly is ROYALTY!

Some of the best burgers in Montreal and a sweet potato fries option to boot. Loses points for not having a liquor license and for having a dive bar atmosphere without the libations.

First burger restaurant in town asking me how I want my meat (rare). Really good and not too expensive.

Had a hankering for a burger on the way home from work one night and decided to try this hole in the wall. The whole vibe of this place is crunchy, from the staff to the decor to the menu. I very much enjoyed it. The burger was delicious, juicy with sautéed mushrooms and cheese. The fries were awesome. However, if you take it to go, be aware that they use a very upscale packaging that stores the heat and the moisture making your fries soft.

Loved my burger (blue cheese on a burger always a good idea), not 100% sure but I thought I was supposed to get fries with it and I didn't (edit** have to read the fine print on the website free fries are a lunch special, mind blown, never been to a burger place that makes you pay extra for a side of fries)...perhaps the price I pay for being lazy and ordering online. My husband ordered the mac and cheese with fried chicken and hated the mac and cheese but liked the fried chicken. I tried the mac and thought it tasted off also. Other than that though, not a bad place.
