After a long day cycling or walking on the canal, it’s good to take a break and relax in this cafe. the atmosphere is good, watching the people walking around and hanging out in the park in the summer with a good music. The iced chai latte is good and overall coffee selections are also good. They also sells alcohol like cold beer that suits for the hot day.

Terrible service from the two ladies at the counter today. I ordered an iced chai latte to have on-site at 2pm. I took an entire 1-hour meeting on their terrace, made eye-contact twice with the lady who took my order, and never got received it. By the time I had finished my meeting, I tried to go to the counter to ask for it, but they had abruptly closed for the eclipse. I waited for them to re-open and went again to ask for my latte. The same lady who took my order earlier just kept telling me they couldn't find me earlier, and they had tried. Apparently my order had just been sitting on their counter the whole time. She just said "it's fine, we'll make you a new one." Completely unapologetic, and almost cutting me short. It took them 15 more minutes to finally bring it to me, and they brought me a hot one. I told the server that I had ordered an iced one, and she just answered me with an annoyed attitude "...well I didn't know that it was iced." I was so fed up with it all that I just said it's fine. This is usually my favourite cafe in the area and I recommend it to everybody I know, so this really blows.

Well, normally, I love this little cafe. But Sunday 24 of Sept 2023, the line was way too slow, 20 minutes to get my drink and i was literally 2nd in line to start with; and, on top of that, my latte was cold, keep in mind, I specifically asked for extra hot. Dissapointed, I won't be going back there for a while.I didn't want to go back to exchange my latte or heat or whatever and wait long time again, I ordered to go on top of everything and she put in a mug and I was like to goo.. if you are going to sit and chill, then it is ok. But for to-go, that was way too slow and missed order notes. I am generous with 3 stars for how I felt that day.Cheers,
