Highly recommend Cafe Parvis The staff and management handled my allergy really well. I appreciate how easy they made it for me. The food was amazing and atmosphere was perfect. We went for a business lunch. Will definitely keep Cafe Parvis in mind for our next trip to Montreal.Dietary restrictions: My food allergy is complex and they handled it perfectly. I was able to enjoy the food and not have my allergy be a distraction from our meeting. Most importantly I did not get sick. Greatly appreciate all the thought that went into making our meal perfectly delicious.

40 minute wait and mistakes for our main courses. Result: I returned to work without having eaten my main dish and my colleague took his pizza to go. We would have appreciated the pizza being placed in the box rather than making it ourselves. In short, the soup was delicious, but the service was not up to par this time. Came for my birthday but left before our meals because the server was so rude and kept ignoring us. Didn't serve us even water for 20 minutes and we missed the lunch menu because of that. It was a weekday and wasn't busy. Used to be my favorite cafe to bring friends to now I'll never go back. So so so disappointed.

I regret having to share a recent disappointing experience regarding this restaurant that I really enjoyed:- Espresso Martini Size: Unfortunately, the size of my espresso martini was really disappointing, well below my expectations, not even filling half of a standard glass.- High background noise (upstairs): The high noise level in the restaurant made it difficult to have a conversation without having to raise your voice.In conclusion, despite the quality of the dishes and attentive service from Hector, my recent visit to this restaurant was below my expectations. I sincerely hope that these issues will be resolved to improve the customer experience.Best regards.

This meant I had to watch others eat while waiting for my meal, which negatively impacted my dining experience. Moreover, the server's initial lack of awareness that my order was missing and the subsequent lack of proactive communication regarding the delay were disappointing. Effective customer service would entail informing me of the issue with my order in advance, allowing for a decision on whether to proceed with serving the rest of the table.Additionally, the restaurant did not attempt to rectify the situation or extend any gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. Upon presenting the bill, I expressed my dissatisfaction, particularly regarding being charged full price despite the oversight on their part. The server's response, questioning if I would prefer a burned pizza, came off as dismissive and rude.Overall, due to the subpar customer service and lack of attention to client care, I cannot recommend this establishment.
