Very disappointing order this evening. The Tio Alfredo poutine was mediocre, although it is usually my favorite.- container 2/3 full vs. usual.- 3 pieces of cheese. 3.- overcooked fries and leftover crumbs from the bottom of the basket.Really ordinary for $25. I will no longer order from this branch.

Usually excellent, but tonight the poutine was half full, only had a few small pieces of chicken and almost no cheese. For the price, it was really disappointing.

I’ve had their food over 20 x, specifically the Tia Graca. On multiple occasions, almost every single time the bread is TOO HARD. It’s supposed to be soft not HARD because it’s been out and not covered with something to keep it as “moist” and soft as it can be.The cooks in the back are disgusting! Wearing one glove but the other nothing. Going on your phone, scratching your behind, and coughing repeatedly. If you’re sick, stay home especially if you’re the cook. And going on your phone when a sandwich takes at most 5 minutes to complete, stay off your phone for 5 minutes.Jade, good service on her end but when I told you what went on. You did not ask him to remove his gloves, or wash his hands, or even do the sandwich yourself as you’ve done in the past.I saw a mouse the last time and let it slide, but unfortunately I will no longer be visiting cantine Emilia, at least at this location.I’ve given you guys multiple chances and you disappoint me almost every time.

Ordered a chicken poutine, I get a mixture of overcooked and clearly reheated fries and barely cooked fries... Way too much sauce, it's not a soup... But where is the cheese? A few pieces here and there... At more than $20, I won't get it twice.

The taste is always good, never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The portions, however have become a lot smaller, and more expensive. The quantity/price ratio was not very good for our meal tonight. 60$ for 2 sandwiches and poutines instead of fries is ridiculous.

Had the chicken poutine. Great, prompt service and clean eating area. Poutine was tasty, but the chicken was precut and not to order like at other Portuguese joints so I can’t say it tops the other spots. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my impromptu lunch here. Hope it does well!
