The chicken was dry no sauce not spicy the potatoes were bad the salad i cant even tell what it was. This is my 1st time eating from there and the last time. I order food at least 4 times a week and i loveeeee the food in this city , This is my first review ever about food i usually dnt care but this was non eatable and the worst part is when i called the restaurant to tell them how disappointed i was with my first try they said we just sent 10 orders and no one complained!! Our chicken is not dry … and proceeeded to tell me how basically i am wrong ::(

(Family combo ordered on UberEats)Maybe it's usually good, but unfortunately that wasn't the case for us. The "Portuguese" chicken tasted like regular roast chicken, no spices. The sauce only tasted like oil even after stirring it well. The extras... are "correct", nothing more. It's sad to say but it's as if we had ordered the combo from IGA or Métro, but more expensive for the same quality.

Coco Rico is a gem if you pick it up and don't get to bothered by the sometimes rough service.....Ordering through doordash is another story ... After several online orders I won't be doing it anymore. Its inconsistent & often there is items missing...One is the family meal, one order they include two sauces, next time one sauce or you buy extra and they don't put them. The sauce is s huge part of the meal. When you call to let them know, its a huge drama.......The inquisition starts to determine whether or not you are trying to scam them for free sauce, natas or a drink, which you paid for but didn't receive.Very unpleasant...The food is great but I'd suggest picking it up so you can check you are getting everything you paid
