Valid!!I had the chicken and griyo dishes, both meats were great! The bananas are sweet, more like allocos or Jamaican plantains than the weighed bananas that we usually see among Haitians. Personally I find it better that way (sweet). The sticky rice had great flavor too.Only negative point, the macaroni salad is too sweet and too much mayo. It would be nice to add the green salad option on doordash!

This was the first time I used their catering services. My guests and I were disappointed. Russian salad made with beets and potatoes cut into very large and tasteless pieces that I had to throw in the trash. The rice was more than ordinary and not to mention the turkey which was sorely lacking in frying. For around $430 I consider that I could have had much better. As far as I'm concerned, it was the first and last time unfortunately
We did business with Casserole Kreole for a catering menu for a business lunch for 20 people and everything was perfect. The delivery took place without a hitch and the smiling deliveryman was punctual! The suggested dishes were most delicious, the telephone exchanges and communications with Alexandra were always courteous and efficient! Strongly recommended!

Best griot ever! I ordered from afar so it was a little cold but nothing not manageable, the portions are large and the griot is fried perfectly, not dry at all :)
