A must go for any tourist visiting Montreal, very beautiful architecture and ambiance. However, it's just that. Drinks are a bit overpriced, there's always a long line, half the seating is reserved for paying members, etc. Staff is friendly and still a great place to stop by, but nothing extraordinary.

*** Fr version will follow ***I give them 0⭐️ for the taste of their Americano, and 1 ⭐️ for the Matcha.I'm a coffee lover and I was disappointed to have had such bad coffee in such a nice place! It was worse than drinking filter coffee in a fast food restaurant in a roadside stop!I went back in October 2023, and my goodness, their Americano is seriously the worst coffee I've ever tasted, and I waited 40min a to have it!Little choice of pastries and sandwiches, it didn't look delicious at all, I didn't try them because for me they aren't worth the price!I don’t recommend it.***I give them 0⭐️ for the taste of their Americano, and 1⭐️ for their matchaI'm a big coffee lover and I was disappointed to have had such bad coffee in such a beautiful place! It was worse than drinking filter coffee in a fast food restaurant in a gas station on the road!I went back in October 2023 (1 year later) to give them a second chance, oh my God, their Americano is really the worst coffee I've ever tasted, and I had to wait 40 minutes to order . Their service is super long.Little choice of pastries and sandwiches, it didn't look delicious at all, I didn't try them because for me they weren't worth the price!I do not recommend! I would still rather drink instant coffee made with hot tap water than go back...

Very warm service in a place steeped in history with spectacular architecture. The place is a bit reminiscent of New York style; many films are filmed in this emblematic location. A place to absolutely visit with a break in this cafe. On weekends the place is crowded, during the week access is easier and the chance of finding something to sit down is more likely.

Extraordinary discovery, you feel like you're tourism in your own city! Long line but service under 15 minutes. A visit is essential, but not a place to chill for hours and hours

It is amazing place if you like historical places as it was the RBC bank and it really looks very luxury. Regarding the food and drinks it was quite expensive with medium quality. The service was ok but not that great too. I ordered cafe latte with lavender it came very sweet and cold really cold, and when I asked the waitress to warm it for me and make it less sweet she said that she can’t warm it but can add some coffee or milk which turn it worse. The smoked salmon also looks good but under expectations in taste.

The coffee shop is located inside an old bank building. Very nice location, the contrast between the modern contemporary look of the coffee shop design and the building make it special. The taste of the coffee is so so. But they do make a different, highly recommended

A bit pricy but you pay for the decor which is beautiful. You don’t feel like you are in a coffee but inside an European Museum. It’s really worth the visit (and the coffee too!)Friendly staff and good food as well

Came here with my son and wife. We weren’t able to bring our sons stroller inside because the handicap elevator was out of service. The handicap entrance to the cafe area is not publicly accessible, and the employee would not let us use this entrance but instead offered to carry up our stroller with our sleeping son to the cafe. What is their plan for when someone in a wheelchair enters the cafe? To carry them up the stairs? it’s 2024, you could put in a wooden ramp and that would still be better than the accessibility that currently exists. As for the cafe experience, there is an incredibly long line, and out of the 7 employees working only one is making coffee. Why not add an extra espresso machine and barista? There are more employees standing around not working which is ridiculous considering how long the line and wait is.

I removed one star because of the slightly exorbitant prices. I understand that it is a very busy and popular place for locals and tourists alike but it is a bit high. Beautiful architectural decor, comfortable sofas, food was good. Go early in the morning to get a spot.
