Worst Chinese hotpot buffet ever in Montreal, unfresh meat, few choices for ingredients and flies everywhere. Save your money and time, find somewhere else to dine.

BE CAREFUL!!! They added 15% on the tab for the tip without telling us. We had to ask them if the tip was added automatically. They said they have to do so with groups of 6 people or more (it was written 10% on the menu) although we were FIVE. They started giving excuses saying they printed 2 different menus. Please be nice and don't try to trick people, this is very unprofessional.

Atrocious customer service. Disgusting food and unclean environment/utensil! Got sick after eating!*P.s. : The manager is lying. Not only did they not apologize, they also insulted us on the street, and didn't offer any discount to us. They could have just apologized and replaced the food/bowl, but they did not even bother to do so. Maybe you should be honest yourself before asking other people to be. LOL... Also, learn to have a better customer service.. Your food is supposed to be clean, COME ON... this is a restaurant!!! Plus, my hair is gold.... It definitely wasn't mine!I had food poisoning last night because of this. I vomited and had diarrhea several times.

I don't usually write a review but today I have to. This is the worst restaurant ever, the staff tried to ignore us, very difficult to call them. The spicy soups are all too much oily. My spicy soup was tasted so weird, I love spicy but I couldn't eat this soup, it contained something that made my lips numb and I couldn't feel my lips so I had to reach them and changed to the mushroom soup that tasted like water with mushroom and I have pay 3.5$+taxes for this. Their bowls are too small that we can't put food in. All the people was together with me, they all abandon their soups because of oily. The staffs are rude, they asked only the 1 person in my group for the desserts and didn't ask the others. so we didn't have desserts at all. They brought out a tiny glass of ice cream, too small that I felt that I were eating food on the airplane, the price was charge as normal size for the food are so little. The place is not nice, they put the table across the hallway to prevent people from entering, it looks dirty with the gabage under the table. I wasted my money for this restaurant.

The food is good. The service is even better. They will keep coming to the table to add soup and drink for us. All the food comes really fast.

Good food, diet coke was super watery for some reason. Also everything is in on disposable containers so if you want to reduce garbage sucks for you.

Hi , today we ordered 2 hotpot from you guys but on doordash app and so the picture that you guys posted for the hotpot every items are separated but when we received it , everything got mixed together(the meat choice and the vegetable choice) it looks really unappetizing, can i ask why if is for a hotpot , why you guys put all the stuff together??Its Hotpot=Fresh meat, fresh veggies NOT ALREADY MADEEE!!! Like seriously??I mean if I knew it supposedly to be mixed like that when we ordered from home , i wouldn’t even order ! Atleast write it on the app that its not the same hotpot as eating at place , so people wouldn’t be miss understanding!!!

Hotpot Panda has gotten creative with offering takeout hotpot ! Chinese hotpot is a traditional communal dining style similar to savoury fondue, where members gather around and cook food in a soup broth from the same pot. ⁣For take out hotpot-you pick your choice of soup broth, 5 protein bases, 6 veggies, level of spice. They cook it for you (no need for a hot plate or stove top) with rice served on the side. ⁣Cost is around 13$ and good for serving 2 people. ⁣ I chose a tomato base soup which is on the sweeter side. I had clams, crab sticks, lobster and fish balls, tofu fish cakes for my protein. For my veggies: I had broccoli, sprouts, watercress, bamboo shoots, bok choy, and vermicelli noodles. It's fun because you get a food bib and table cloth complimentary to make your experience at home all the more original! ⁣ ⁣ Check them out !
