First of all, where can i start? The service is horrible! the cashier was straight up mean. As i invited my friend who visited for the first time, i expected the cashier to explain the menu. My friend asked for a tea WITHOUT MILK. guess what? she got it with milk! and my friend didn't ask for pearls since she's a very simple girl but guess what? she got it. Also my order was the opposite of what i wanted. The cashier failed to explain what we were ordering and i didn't like it at all. I guess that's my fault for not understanding what i was ordering but the cashier should've explained.

The woman that gave me my drink was super mean she expected us to know what the menu was without explaining anything and the drink it self was bad the woman didn’t explain to us that the pearl was not the normal one we get. There were many options of pearl to get but i didn’t understand what any of them meant and the lady was bad at explaining.

Went on a frenzy shoping every day. Bahn mi tastes amazing. Try the large watermelon tapioca.
I was surprised at the careless behavior by a short Asian guy who is working there. I ordered a take out sandwich and waited for it to be ready. Suddenly he opened the store door and trampled into the store loudly which surprised me and he knew it but he didn’t say anything. He just went straight to the kitchen and disappeared. As a customer I don’t want to go to a restaurant that treats its customers in a rude way

I have ordered from this place 3x through Uber Eats. The first time was fine, but I've been noticing how tasteless their sandwiches are. The bread is far too thick, and the condiments, meat, and veggies are very little(even when I pay for extra), so it tastes like eating a very large bread! The pork sandwich is the worst, extremely tasteless!!! I have had Vietnamese sandwiches many times from different places in Montreal, and this place is by far the worst!I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

We ordered pokebowls and it was delicious! There are more fresh veggies than other places and it's a great balance of rice, fish and veggies. The boba was also tasty!
