Beautiful restaurant and great atmosphere, the windows and the view of the old port is truly unmatched! Actually really good for groups (4-6 people) because you can order a tasting menu and just try a bunch of stuff and it’s delicious! I think it’s a montreal must try!

I had a wonderful time at jellyfish restaurant. The restaurant has a very unique design, with colorful lights and decorations that create a cozy and romantic atmosphere. It's a perfect place for a special occasion. I tried the New York cut steak, and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The service was on point, and the staff was attentive and courteous. They made sure we had everything we needed, and they even brought us a complimentary dessert. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a special night out. Jellyfish restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Montreal.

I have been to this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed the experience. This review pertains to my latest Saint Valentine's dinner, but it reflects my past experiences as well. Service, atmosphere and food were excellent. Enough space between tables to allow a bit of privacy. Since service often drives the experience, I will start by complimenting our server who was attentive to our every need. She never appeared rushed and took time to answer all our questions. The sommelier was friendly, unpretentious and knowledgeable, which is a great way to end up with an enjoyable wine experience. Went off the cocktail menu, having a spicy margarita. It was delicious. The wines are reasonably priced as well. The tuna tartare special had little too much grapefruit for my taste, but the fish was fresh and delicious. The juicy and tender 6oz filet mignon was cooked exactly as requested...perfect! The food and drinks are not cheap ; however, I have recently been paying significantly more for lesser experience at some of Montréal's other popular restaurants.

Arguably one of Montreal's best restaurants. James provided the best service we've ever experienced outside of a Michelin star restaurant. Food, presentation, service, drinks and atmosphere were exceptional. I've never had a whole fish presented as well - perfectly done. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Although the service was terrific, the food just didn’t hit the spot as it once did. Exceptional service, we took the discovery option. It was excellent, what can I say about the avocado carpacio. On the other hand, the NY steak was cold, not very tender and the blue cheese practically non-existent.

Perfect date night spot to share some delicious tapas dishes. For us, 4 dishes were enough. Our server, Michael, was the best! He surprised us by choosing our dishes, taking our preferences into consideration. We had tiger shrimp, avocado carpaccio, pain-puri and the Rotelle was THE BEST (must try)! All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Ambience is on point. We will definitely be back.
