We went to dinner, our child choked on squid to the point of not breathing and turning blue…Maneuvers had to be done to save his life, which we did.No one ever came to see us despite the fact that all these past standing so it was obvious.I found it to be a huge lack of respect.These robots are fine, but they don't save lives.

I had an unfortunate experience at the restaurant last Saturday night. Despite having a reservation with a clear understanding of the 2-hour dining limit, the service was unexpectedly slow. Each dish took approximately 30 minutes to arrive, which was surprising considering they were prepared dishes. This delay limited us to only three orders throughout our entire stay.As the evening progressed, the waiter informed us of the last call and requested that we vacate our table by 8 PM, despite our arrival at 6:20 PM. We were taken aback when told that our allotted time could not be honored due to the arrival of a large group. Reluctantly, we agreed, hoping to at least enjoy our final orders. Regrettably, not only were our last orders never served, but my dessert was also canceled without explanation.The most disappointing part of the evening was the lack of courtesy and apology from the staff. Each of us paid $50 for an experience that fell short of expectations, particularly at an all-you-can-eat establishment where timely service is essential. It felt as though the restaurant’s strategy was to delay service, limiting patrons’ dining experience.Never gonna back to this place ever again!

The server took some time to introduce himself and tell us he was going to be our server. In the end, he never came to see us. He spent his time talking at the bar and with his colleague who, on the other hand, served us well. We would have given service 0, but Samantha gave us good service, she was fast and efficient. The server did 0 work. No question if everything is okay, a face of judgment as soon as we say we don't drink. We are regular customers, but we are no longer sure that we will come back…

Came here while on vacation and we had a great time! Went on a Friday night and had no wait. There was a 2-hour time limit for all you can eat including sushi! There is a $1/wasted food fine if you cant finish what you order though. We thought every single item we ate tasted amazing. Only thing we would change is have more meat variety, more vegetable options and more dipping/seasoning sauces. Otherwise we had an elite time!Things we tried: volcano roll, scallops, crab stick, spring roll, rice, Kimchi, cucumbers, lamb, beef, sweet bun, ice cream

I booked a reservation for 16 person on March 30th and it was a nightmare. 1st thing first they never checked upon us, we had to stop them each time to ask for some stuff. Our grill wasn't heating up AT ALL. I ask after 30 min assistance, and they never came, I asked again 2 times and after 1hr15 they finally changed it... for the grill to NOT be working AGAIN. After 2hr most of us HAVEN'T EVEN EAT NOTHING. The other table beside us that we had, worked well and my other friends was able to eat. So 1 grill wasn't working, the other one was taking 25 to 35 min to heat up and the last grill on the other table was working. We couldnt believe we spent more then 2 hrs.... with practically NO MEAT. To make it worst at the end when the time to pay came... that rude men apply 18% TIP RIGHT AWAY on EVERYBODY receipt... what kind of establishment is this???? and most of us DIDNT WANT TO TIP FOR THAT MEDIOCRE, EXECRABLE AND DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! When we asked them why they did that and didnt gave us a choice to pay the tip as we want, the server was hella rude saying it is what it is. I swear everybody, keep your money and go elsewhere. This is pure madness. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY not even my worst enemy. Y'all don't deserve to run a business, if I could gave you a negative rating I would! Pure nightmare. DO BETTER. Just disguting from the start until the end.
