The restaurant is really basic. I expected more for the price it offers. The hummus and Karaz kofta not famous. the restaurant is really small so the tables are pushed together and not really comfortable.

Great gem of Lebanese food in Montreal! The dishes are priced in the upper echelon relative to other restaurants, but you get quality ingredients and great portion sizes. The braised lamb is simply delicious, and so are the makanek. The restaurant is rightfully always full so I recommend making a reservation. The atmosphere is certainly that of a nice sit down experience, not a fast bite in and out. Service is good and warm, although it can be slightly forgetful when it gets busy. Still very acceptable and hospitable.

What a great place! I really love the cozy atmosphere and i felt like i could sit there for hours and eat soo much food. I recommend if you are looking for a filling middle eastern meal! you will not be disappointed. If you are parking on the street i would recommend downloading the P Mobile service app on your phone to easily pay as well :)

So far this place is the best Arabic restaurant we have been to in Montreal. Food is amazing, Lebanese wine was also really good, the place is small and cozy. I definitely recommend !

Hi i was in Montreal for Presidents' Day Weekend with my son his wife and my mother and we decided to go try Kazamaza based on all the great reviews. We walked in on Saturday and there were no reservations available so we left and booked reservations for the following day . The following day we go in anticipating this wonderful experience first it takes them 20 min to seat us . We order most of the salads and appetizers and they were delicious from the tabouli to the hummus you the kibbe and the fattoush . So we decided to order the kofta with no sauce and the lamb chops that ate sold individually we ordered 10 and the shrimp with got exceptional reviews. It took a bit of time but we were patiently waiting in anticipation of a delicious ending to our meal . Well what we got to our shock and horror was a bowl of charred ground beef that was topped with tomato and some other things to cover it , the meat was so charred and dry , it was falling apart like rubble at the touch. Even worse was the 2 plates of lamb chops that were completely charred to a crisp ,totally un edible. When we called them over they took back the kofta and offered to remake we refused and they take that off the bill but totally refuse to remove the burned lamb chops that were not eaten . They made us pay and they were individually charged at $7 a piece . Very Rude never experienced anything like this and we are from New York !

I’ve been to this place for more than 10 years, and I was pretty disappointed last time. Pretty standard Lebanese fare, no dish really stood out. As others commented, it was a bit too salty and sweet. You’ll find better cheaper food at cafe Teta and an elevated experience at Damas.Vegetarian options: Most of the mezzes are veggie friendly
