The ladies working there were so friendly and nice but to be honest, the ice cream was not special at all. Also, there was a big hole in it that made it even less in size. I dont know if it was a fault of machine or no but the inside the ice cream was empty.

I visited 2 weeks ago give or take. The quality of ice cream far surpassed expectations. This was clearly no average ice cream shop visit. Everything was made with obvious care and expertise. I'll definitely be back again soon to explore more flavors

Love the vibe and ambience so wanted to try this. I tried the ice cream shake hoping it would be great. However, it didn’t live up to the expectations. The shake (even though made with ice cream) wasn’t very thick or the texture was not very ice cream shake like.

My recent experience at La Diperie was extremely disappointing. As someone unfamiliar with the store, I had a few questions about their service. Unfortunately, the lady who works there was unnecessarily rude in her responses. I was left wondering if this is how they typically treat their clients.What bothered me the most was when she told me that I was not being nice to her. In my opinion, some people at La Diperie really need to improve their client interaction skills. It was a horrible experience, and I don't think we'll be returning. Customer service matters, and this encounter left a lot to be desired.

First diperie experience - went in with incorrect expectations. If you're looking for different flavors of hard or soft ice cream, this isn't it. We were shocked when the staff pulled a gooey ladle of green tea dip.Definitely do some research first. FYI this is vanilla soft-serve ONLY with many dips & toppings. (but the vanilla soft-serve is very good)I got the cookie dough dip and it was REALLY sweet. My partner got just rainbow sprinkles.Still trying to wrap my head around how to order better next time but I think I'm coming to the conclusion that La Diperie is just not for me. Sorry, La Diperie.
