Hi! I didn’t know where to message you. You recently switch to a new Canele recipe. Id like to add my vote to switch back to old recipe. The new recipe tastes like everyone else’s in town. I know i don’t actually have a vote but I just love your caneles alot.Edit: Okie! Maybe I went on off day. I'm glad to hear! Thank you very much. I just like the structural crisp texture, it has the perfect crunch custardy chewy texture. That day it was all mush and wax, like it was in fridge and lost it structural integrity.
