Indulging in the consistently superb quality at La Super is always a culinary delight. The overall food experience remains top-notch, with enduring goodness in every bite. However, a noticeable change over time has been a decrease in portion sizes, leaving a slight room for improvement in this aspect.Despite this, my love for their Vada Pav and Masala Dosa remains unwavering. The Vada Pav offers a perfect blend of flavors and textures, while the Masala Dosa continues to be a highlight of their menu. The Pav Bhaji and Dahi Batata Puri are commendable as well, offering a satisfying mix of taste and authenticity.Adding to the repertoire, I recently explored their Masala Tea, and it proved to be a pleasant surprise. The infusion of clove flavor added a unique twist to the traditional masala tea, elevating the overall experience. While I appreciate the consistent excellence in taste, a bit more attention to maintaining the original generous portion sizes would enhance the overall dining satisfaction. La Super remains a go-to spot for its delightful menu, and despite minor adjustments, it continues to captivate with its culinary offerings.

Reminds me a bit of Time out market but without being attached to a mall. I like the area and a food court makes a lot of sense since there is always something to do around Place des arts and it adds a lot more options than just the complexe desjardins mall food court. They have a nice mix of options and price ranges are $15-$30 depending on what you order and from where. It can get very packed here on nights with shows or other events so it will become hard to navigate around and finding a seat for a big group will be a hassle. I find the layout of the merchants a bit strange because there are some that are hidden in the far back and there's no one way to do a tour of all the options properly because there can be a lot of people and there are many entrances which just means more people and lots of noise. They don't have a buzzer system either so you kinda have to wait for your food at the counter or sit and walk back to the place you ordered with your receipt within the time frame they told you. I've tried a handful of the stalls here and nothing has really wowed me so far except Le petit vibe (but they are sadly closed now) and trou de beigne (excellent doughnuts!!). I've also tried Ramen Misoya (a bit too salty and uninteresting broth in my opinion), the mac and cheese bacon poutine from Le gras dur (good but small portion for the price and the mac and cheese nuggets were just frozen ones). I will say despite how this review might seem, I do enjoy coming here. When it's quiet, it's a nice place to sit with a friend and catch up! There's something guaranteed for every craving and the space itself is nice and inviting. Plus you can walk around Place des arts after and check out the light installations in the winter and the street decorations in the summer (or a festival!)

The price of the food doesn't justify the quantity. I had dosa, vada pav and pav bhaji. The taste was okay but I would say you may get a better quantity and taste for the same price at any other Indian restaurant.

Authentic Indian dishes! A great place to discover some dishes from this Indian restaurant on the go, dishes that go beyond the traditional butter chicken! Well seasoned, explosions of flavors in the mouth. An extra star for the chili paneer and dahi batata puri!Environment: not very quiet place, fairly loud music, fast food concept, no table service.

Nice little spot for Indian appetizers. Recommend the chilli paneer, chicken 65 and dahi batara puri! Dosa is not bad either. Service is fast.

I did a search for Indian cuisine, looked at the reviews, everything seemed ok.Ultimately it's a food court, maybe the other restaurants are ok, but wouldn't it be the formula that you have to go and order your food, and try to get a place to be able to sit down already there is a problem, especially if it's crowded, as it was, well, you'll have to eat first, with your wine glass and your dishes as well as your utensils, I'm not even talking about your big winter coat, your tuque, and your gloves...In short, I will never set foot there again, the Indian restaurant, not even the name, is not Indian, nor are the staff or, indeed, the dishes which are of undue inspiration, it is say, it's spicy.Terrible experience, no more food classes, for us...I don't know if this trend will last long, but I can't wait for a good little restaurant with service and cosiness..

We ordered 2 pav bhaji and 2 cup of chai, it was delicious as we would get in India. After looking for good food for 2 days in Montreal, this is the only place where it’s 5/5. I would recommend this place to every Indian looking for great snack place.

Amongst the best Indian chaat / street food I’ve had. Super authentic, spiced perfectly, textured perfectly. Got a Bangalore feel to it. The dosa is crisp and thick, the sambar and chutney are super local. The pav bhaji is flavorful and spicy! The dahi puri are crisp, well balanced and delicious. The masala chai is a perfect end to a meal that hit the spot!Is it’s one thing I didn’t like it was the vada pav. Not sure what to make of it. Didn’t taste authentic.Vegetarian options: Mostly veggie and vegan.
