Phenomenal experience! Their small menu is a definite sign that they’ve perfected each dish. If you’re going, be sure to get their eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was delicious and the potatoes were perfectly salted. I loved the dressing on the side salad as well, and the hot sauce they gave had a delicious fruity aroma. Just be prepared to wait, as it’s small and quite popular; they don’t take reservations. But we only had to wait 20minutes and the service was quick.

Good, simple and affordable brunch. The dishes were served very quickly, but a little cold.

I don't see how I can't enjoy this place!A warm atmosphere in a light decor. We are far from the big lunch restaurants and that feels good.We don't feel rushed to eat and we are served as needed. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable.I highly recommend if you want to have a simple breakfast nearby!

Had a great experience for brunch, the pesto Benedict was totally delicious, potato’s are cooked perfect, lattes were amazing, I’ll be back for sure. The only thing I didn’t totally appreciate was the service, server seemed quite grumpy but everyone has their off days and I’ll still return.

Delicious Benedictine eggs! Staff was so friendly! Ended up spending a couple of hours there enjoying the food and the coffee.

Great value for money cuisine. Special mentions for their golden potatoes, a big treat.

Great Sunday brunch address! My partner and I both had the Benedict eggs with Brie, bacon and avocado and they were amazing! Probably the best eggs Benedict we’ve had in MTL so far. The little side salad and the optional spicy sauce also was great.Do be warned: the place is busy and it is quite tiny so you’ll feel packed like sardines in a tincan… but the food is really worth it!

I like the atmosphere in this place. The staff is nice, the decor is cute, and there's great people-watching. The tofu scramble I got was a little different than what's pictured (no turmeric, different seasoning) but it wasn't bad. It had a nice taste even though it wasn't what I usually expect in a tofu scramble. Everything else on the vegan plate was what you would get with the non-vegan similar plate (toast, small salad, potatoes) except for avocado that presumably replaced a meat. One thing that bums me out is when a place with good non-vegan dishes phones it in on the vegan stuff. But I was with a non-vegan companion and their meal was similar. Glancing around, most of the food seemed to range from average to fine. This is just a no-frills place. The food is fine, the vibe is fine, and it's pretty cheap (about $20pp for brunch and coffee). If you're ok with that you'll have about the experience you expect but if you're looking for something more, this isn't the place to go.

The hostess was really rude. The waitress screwed up our food order twice and frankly half the staff looks like they haven't bathed in over a week. Not for any looking for a clean, comfortable place to eat.

The B.A.B. Benedictine, clearly the best deal on the menu! Great service, very attentive and caring staff, I will definitely go back!

Beautiful little neighborhood restaurant specializing in eggs benedict. The Hollandaise sauce is very good. The barista serves good coffee and smoothies.Just the cold that comes in when you sit at the entrance. And the too close proximity to the tables of other customers which makes the experience not great.
