Such a cute little café, and everything they have is vegan! Felt so nice to be able to pick anything on the menu! Came here several times during my trip to Montréal, it was the perfect breakfast spot. They open early and have a nice selection of pastries and drinks. Everything my friend and I tried was delicious! The location is also excellent if you are staying/doing things downtown. We had tried the smaller location on McGill, so we were excited to check this one out and it’s amazing! Would definitely recommend. The environment is very calm, beautiful and bright space, very quick and welcoming service, and the pastries are delicious.There’s not a lot of vegan/allergy friendly cafes that open early in Montreal so Leaves Cafe is perfect. Had the lemon bread and the chocolate super latte (no espresso) with hazelnut. There’s many other combinations that one can make - all vegan/dairy free (great and much more ethical alternative to Starbucks)New favourite place downtown.Dietary restrictions: Everything is dairy free so it’s a great option for people with allergies. All drinks come with oat milk (two options) or you can switch it to macadamia or pistachio for an additional fee. All the pastries are vegan as well.

My partner and I visited this place for the first time and ordered cakes and coffees to stay.
We didn't know what to do with our plates and cups once we were done (we looked everywhere for signs) and didn't feel good about leaving them dirty at our table so we walked up to the counter and handed them to one of the employees behind the coffee bar. She gave us the most insane attitude I've ever seen! My partner had already turned around but since I noticed her reaction, I brought myself to ask if there was a specific place to put our dishes before handing over my cup since we didn't know, and this girl straight up snatched the cup from my hands and said "Nevermind."

Amazing café with an awesome offering of different plant milks. I had a matcha latte and a chai latte and both were impeccably made - amongst the absolute best I’ve had in Montréal. The blueberry danish was also excellent. Service is also top notch - the barista is super sweet! Really happy to have stumbled across this place and highly recommend it.
