Everything was basically excellent. My only negative comment is that my entree was Luke warm. I didn't want to sent it back so as not to detract from my wife's enjoyment of her meal. Expediting the food when it is hot is essential as food Tates much better hot. Shouldn't be an issue at an experienced Restraunt like Boulud. Otherwise a lovely evening.

Simply wow. We sampled many different dishes starting with an amuse bouche consisting of some caviar and mushroom arancini, both of which were delectable. The fresh complimentary bread offered to the table was also deliciously pillowy and warm. We followed that with the hamachi appetizer. It wasn’t my favorite. The black truffle pasta was super rich and indulgent. For mains, I tried the scallops while my boyfriend ordered the duck. My bar for scallops has now been set so high I will be scared to order scallops from anywhere else ever again. They were so so rich and buttery. For dessert we split the chocolate coulant. The dulce de leche ice cream which came with it was the perfect complement for the rich, sweetness of the cake.The staff were also all incredibly friendly. I had a terrific night.

I want to thank the entire staff of Maison Boulud for making my birthday a great experience this year. I owe them, especially the hostess a sincere apology for giving them a hard time earlier that day for not having my favorite, seared foie gras. About 30 minutes before my reservation, the Maitre D called me to give me the great news that they found me the foie gras from another place. This is the outstanding service that is not found anymore. I am deeply grateful for this over-the-top services, as it made my birthday special. I want to THANK my food servers, the chefs, the hostess and Maitre D for a memorable night.
The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. From the moment we walked in until the minute we left. Thank you very much for a great dining experience. Will definitely come back again.

Had a very good experience at Maison Bouloud. The ambience was pretty perfect and very relaxing. The noise level was just right. The food was very good and we found little to criticize. My partner mentioned that her cauliflower soup was a bit too rich, and I had the burger which was good but not the best burger I've had. The meat was a bit dry and the patty was small for the size of the buns. The herring tartine was excellent and both dessert dishes were had were excellent. I also had a Komodo cocktail, which was very refreshing. The service was exceptional and all the staff made us feel very welcome.

My partner booked this restaurant for our valentines dinner based on an instagram post mentioning a specific valentines tasting menu that would run until the 19. To our dismay, when we showed up on the 17th, we were told it was only available on the 14th.I took the servers word, but when I reread the post the next day, it is clear it should last to the 19th. I tried communicating with the restaurant for clarification and was left on read.Food was good otherwise. But for a $1k meal, I’d hope someone on the management team would at the very least acknowledge the discrepancy.

Les petites touches commes les minis pains fromagés qui fondent dans ls bouche et les madeleines cadeaux fraichement sorties du four ??? Nous avons adoré. Merci à toute l'équipe ?
La qualité du service est exceptionnelle. Je ne vois pas ça ailleurs. Les mets, classiques, sont néanmoins originaux et présentés et servis avec élégance. Le seul hic au tableau est le prix des vins, exorbitant, il faut le dire. Pas un verre de vin à moins de 23 dollars, c'est trop. Je connais plusieurs vins qui sont très bien et qui pourraient être offerts pour moins cher. Et pourquoi la Maison Boulud n'aurait-elle pas un vin maison à prix abordable?
