Who knew that salad could be *this* good! I had “The Fave” and I understand why it’s called that. The honey mustard dressing was perfectly balanced. Despite being VERY busy with the lunch crowd, the service was good.And I *love* the fake cherry tree in the middle of the dining room.

Nice place to chat and hang out with friends. I ordered a smoothie and it’s around $12. I don’t usually order smoothie so it’s a little pricey to me, but it’s tasty and decent portion. I might come again for salad bowls one day.

Salad was fine but couldn't taste the dressing unfortunately.However, I think service what was really let this place down. Waited 20 mins for a coffee. Politely asked if it was on its way after about 15 mins as was a third of way through my salad. No sorry given, just a curt response that they were backed up. When it came it was a black coffee instead of the white I'd ordered. I asked for milk and waitress just looked nonplussed and like I was making her life difficult on purpose. Milk took minutes more to arrive and I wasn't given a spoon to stir it in. Coffee tasted like coffee flavoured water.Sorry to moan as I know businesses are under pressure, staff are busy and I have no idea what other battles they're fighting but come on Mandy's, this is surely why it's important to get super basic customer service and attention to detail right, and not make customers feel like they're deliberately winding you up when all they're asking for is what they ordered. A quick and gracious "really sorry, we're so busy" and then a "here's your milk, apologies again and enjoy your lunch" is all that was needed

Don’t waste your money ordering from Mandy’s. A 23$ salad with almost nothing inside. Eating in store is one thing, do not order from here. The same salad is cut in a third of the amount but the price stays the same. Always mistakes with the ingredients when ordering. A

Worst Mandy's eaten to date. I'm a fan of Mandy's but this was my first time trying this place. The salad had no taste. Very weird. Also, I paid an extra 3.50 to have goat cheese, which I didn't get. It was a take-out salad. Obviously, no one answers the phone there and the voicemail is full. If you have the chance to go to another branch, avoid the one in the old port.
Used to love their salads but their portions are now much smaller than they used to be.
