Rude and disrespectful supervisor working at night.She was purposely stalling my delivery order by refusing to give it to me, despite giving a woman access to the bathroom a few seconds prior by pressing a button located right next to where the completed orders are placed.Wasted more than a half hour of my time and the customer's time as their delivery was cooling down.Notable mention : To the black guy who came out of nowhere and tried to make things worst, while being completely unaware of what just happened. Don't try to make fun of a part time delivery driver who wins twice your wage while you're working in McDonald's kitchen full time.You gave me a good laugh ?Special Thanks : To the black girl cashier with glasses, who understood and noticed the discrimination that was going on by giving me my order and apologizing.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because it was fast.Very dry burger, feels like Im chewing rubber. I’m not the only one to notice this!It’s so disappointing cause the location is convenient ?

14 March, 2024: Been to this McDonald’s countless times.This McDonald’s is perfect since it’s downtown beside the Bell Centre. It would be nice if they had more than 3 floors like an extra floor for people that want to eat here during events.They should hire more people and have better service on event nights.Other than that it’s a decent McDonald’s and I hope they improve on everything especially sustainable food, materials andHope they fight climate change. With more greenery bike racks and other things like that.Only downside there is some homeless here or around here.Other than that it’s a decent McDonalds and hope they transform it like a European style McDonald’s.
