Two years ago the food in general was better than now March 2024 the last two ovations we went hurt us leaving the place. There are always people since their prices are very low but the quality of their food today is poor.

The coziness, music and vibe of the restaurant was super nice. A TikTok brought me here and I guess my expectations were too high - the birria and tostada were good but felt like they were missing just a little bit a flavor but otherwise yummy! Thank you!

The music is too loud to eat there and be able to talk to whoever is with you. The chicken on the tostadas is not clean chicken, it is chicken from another stew but the chilaquiles taste delicious and the service is good.

I’ve tried this place for the first time, the birria tacos were 10/10 and it was generous portion for the price! I’m definitely recommending this place.

Yesterday I went because it was recommended to me and the tacos were delicious, but I didn't like the service, the waitress was a little shocking, she gave us the menu and after 1 minute they told us what they were going to order, I told her that we were looking, at the .minute again, I felt uncomfortable with his attitude, the truth is, he works lazily since he sat at a table and from there he said that we were going to order. If they improve the service further, I think it would be better because the tacos are good and economical.

So good. ???Stuffed full of good Mexican food for less than ~$20 per person. Could have gotten away with $15 and still had a to-go box.New favourite Mexican place in Montreal.

From the moment I stepped into this cozy Mexican haven in the heart of Montreal, I knew I was in for an authentic culinary adventure. The vibrant décor, with its lively colors and rustic touches, immediately transported me to a charming eatery in the heart of Mexico City. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and an eagerness to share their culture through food, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. The menu was a delightful exploration of traditional Mexican cuisine, with a modern twist that intrigued my palate. For the main course, I opted for the Tacos al Pastor, and it was a decision that did not disappoint. The pork was marinated to perfection, tender and bursting with flavors of chili and a mix of secret spices that the chef playfully refused to divulge. Wrapped in soft, handmade corn tortillas and topped with fresh cilantro and onion, each bite was a delightful symphony of flavors. In a city as diverse and culinary-rich as Montreal, this Mexican restaurant stands out as a gem. It's not just the authentic flavors, the carefully crafted dishes, or the inviting ambiance that makes it special—it's the passion and warmth with which they welcome every guest, promising not just a meal, but a memorable journey through the heart of Mexico. A must-visit for anyone seeking to indulge in the true essence of Mexican hospitality and cuisine.

Excellent atmosphere, the waitress was very friendly although in the end I didn't see her anywhere and I had to go ask for the bill at the register. The food is good to satisfy the craving but nothing out of this world like a video that said so on Tik Tok, which is why I went to that restaurant but yes, the prices are really affordable in that part, they were absolutely right. I will return to try their burrito, and their sauces are good ?
