A lovely little restaurant in World Trade Centre Montreal where you can get a quick healthy meal with choice of sandwich, soup and salad. They make very good salad. At lunch time, there is line up but service is quick. Staff is friendly.

One of our best meals of our three weeks in Quebec was a duck sandwich with salad sides from Muffin Plus. We got the duck sandwich to go and shared it for a satisfying lunch at Mont Royal Park. The meat was tender and flavorful, very fresh and delicious bread and our side salads were equally satisfying.

Good experience, the cashier was nice and the other employees too, despite the long line (normal for lunch time) the service was fast.There are a few options in gluten (gluten free).I do not recommend the chili, however the salads are well seasoned.

Extremely disappointed I ask for the trio the cashier filled my dish with a pasta salad so much that the dish no longer closed, I ask her to remove half because I only asked for a salad. She charges me $19 for a salad, soup and tea. She tells me can I have a free box of water or a cold tea…?! I arrive at the office all the soup has flowed into the bag due to the excessive amount of liquid in the container. In addition there is something at the bottom of the Drink.

A great spot to grab a quick bite to eat. I was in Montreal back in November and I went here most of my days for breakfast! They made my sandwiches special so I could have a dairy free option and on my last day they remembered my order by heart. It was excellent service and food. I highly recommend!!
