Ordered on Uber Eats and it was really delicious. I took a Crispy Shrimp Po'boy and the shrimp was fresh and crispy, the bread was delicious and the sauce really complimented it well. The fries were amazing as well, I just wish I got some sauce on the side for them. Definitely recommend this place!

Ordered two fish and chips (one classic; one panko) from monkland. Got home to discover two classics. Batter was disgusting and the fish had a bad smell. Seemed reheated. Fries were fine. Called to complain and told that’s how they always make it. Just lost a customer. Seems like new management.

Update 2024-02-27: Rating lowered from 5 to 3. There seems to be a quality control problem at this restaurant. The portion sizes vary greatly - sometimes the large fish 'n' chips is good for two people, other times it's barely enough for one. Sometimes the french fries are British-style chips, other times they are darker, oilier Belgian fries. Sometimes the cod is cod, and other times it's mystery fish. I'm sad.Original review from 2023:We ordered a shrimp po'boy and a classic fish'n'chips. Both were deliciously crispy with tangy flavourful sauces. The fries are thick cut with a salty-sweet flavour. The coleslaw is also sweet and vinegary. The sandwich bread is a soft baguette with a light crispy crust (just like in New Orleans!). I'm excited to explore the menu further.

Chips are cold and salty. Cheesecake arrived plain without any raspberry coulis. This was an Uber order and when I complained, they didn’t even offer to reimburse part of the meal. Last time I order from this restaurant.

Went for dinner on a Wednesday night and it was nice and quiet. We were the only people dinning in while majority were doing take-out. The service was good and the food was delicious. A little bit on the pricey end but for the service and quality of food you get, it's a compromise you have to make. Definitely one of if not, the best bang bang shrimp in the city.

Had tried the fish and chips at other restaurants in Montreal and found them too salty for me to finish or enjoyed it. Thought of giving it a last try and wasn’t disappointed with what I got. I tried the Caribbean fish and chips and found the batter to be tasty and not as salty as I thought. Great portion of fish and fries and the price was decent for the portion I got. Would definitely come back again?

I have always ordered food in delivery apps, and I am a absolutely love seafood, and this place delivers. They have the best bang bang shrimps, and the po boy is just to die for. The quantity is crazy. I have tried both crab and shrimp po boys, and they are just yum yum. Would definitely go back for more.

the place is tiny, and you can tell they cater more to takeout or delivery than they do eating in, but the 12oz Fish & Chips we ordered were absolutely delicious. The tartar sauce was gone before I knew it! Note from me to you: order for pickup, or eat one their terrace during the summer, because the prices are QUITE marked up on Uber and their 5 other delivery services!
