The atmosphere is so cute, not to mention the name of the café itself very good for a date or just going out with friends for a coffee with a good pastry. The tastes are varied and special. I recommend the base of the base the strawberry shortcake ? ??

Best rolled cake I have eaten since a while! I have tried the jasmine one and a strawberry pound cake. They tasted very fresh smooth and creamy so I will definitely be back :) the service is really good too~Sinon je souhaite juste que le service en français va s'améliorerEDIT: ça va maintenant :)

English will followI've been wanting to try this place for a while. The reviews being very good and the attractive photos attracted me.I went there today with the hope of paying with vouchers received during a competition organized by the SDC Monk, in December 2023. (It is the beginning of February 2024) Paramour is a member of the SDC.I arrive and the place is full (only 3 mini tables), I decide to have "takeaway".Not seeing the prices of the cakes, I asked the saleswoman for them and took the opportunity to tell her that I was going to pay with my vouchers. It got complicated at that point. She switched to English because she had trouble with French. Then she had to ask her colleague if she could accept my vouchers. What followed was a discussion on yes or no, that they didn't know if there had really been a competition (Christmas - competition announced on Well and the internet, Paramour should have been aware).Anyway, in the end I was still able to leave with my cakes (Tiramisu; chestnuts and pear-jasmine). Everything was excellent, soft and airy, fresh and tasty. Their reputation in this area is excellent!!In short, apart from the imbroglio of the vouchers, the prices of the cakes not indicated), the distrust and the lack of mastery of French, it is still positive. The cakes are wow but especially this pear-jasmine. My absolute favourite place to get chiffon cakes now in Montreal! The cakes are not too sweet and ever so light! I also ordered a black forest cake for the holidays and my family loved it! Very cute cafe and the staff is very courteous as well!

Small cafe, I liked the food we ordered and the staff was friendly. I don’t like that there’s no washroom though.

After reading all the great reviews, I ventured to this part of the city, which is a bit far of my usual area, to give it a try. Parking in the street was easy to find. The service was quick and helpful in answering a couple of questions. The place itself is very small. We tried 2 different rolls and a scone. We found the prices to be on the very high-end comparable to some french patisseries in better locations. Unfortunately, for us, the flavours were not there. It tasted like desserts from T&T. The scone was a bit better, in our opinion.

A cute litter cafe not to far from Monk station. All those cake rolls are so fluffy and light. And please try that matcha red bean cake, probably my favourite among all the things that I ordered

among the sampled matcha+yuzu, jasmine+pear, apple+earl grey, and chestnut: i'd recommend jasmine+pear (it's a good combo), and probably chestnut. An overall ok place to buy some cake rolls if you are in the neighbourhood.
