Good research but a lot of approximations...The dishes are not accomplished enough.Too salty at times and not infused enough at others...Too bad but to do again

Fantastic restaurant and excellent service. The salmon gravlax is delicious, and they had two great specials the day we went in, one an asparagus and fiddleheads dish with a poached egg on top, and a grilled sea bream. Both were great. Hard to go wrong here.

The food was excellent even exquisite. Each plate better than the last. We were regulars at Pastaga but this is even better. However the wine list needs to get better. People who like to eat good food like they serve, want to be able to accompany their meals with good wines. We tried 4 different wines and although, one was acceptable the other three were a little on the wild side - some even undrinkable. Also the servers were very busy having to explain that wine list; might be a good idea to hire a sommelier. We will come back as often as we can; their plates are so good, full of flavours without being heavy.

Pleasantly surprised! We ended up walking-in without a reservation on a Friday night because our initial restaurant was full. This definitely did not take away from the experience! The service was great and everything was very tasty!The resto is divided into two parts. I think they might have expanded because one side looks rather modern with open kitchen, the other side looks like an old rustic shop/small gallery vibe. We were seated in the rustic side and I felt it wasn’t as loud and a little more cozy.We had the marinated salmon as an appetizer (gravlax style) which was not too salty, creamy enough and the fish’s firmness was good. The « Cuisse de pintade confite, topinambour, sauce champignons au foie gras » was well-balanced, rich and comforting. The « tartare de veau, shishitos, pain plat de blé entier » was light, flavourful and neither the spices nor the flat bread (light and flakey!) overpower the meat. We also had a white wine muscadet which we enjoyed very much. Not pictured, we also had the « Pot de crème chocolat, chantilly chocolat blanc et crumble cacao » that was smooth and velvety and the crumbles of cacao was a nice added texture. We were thoroughly satisfied with all dishes and happy that the food was actually good.I would definitely go back and do recommend you give it a try!

Ate there as part of MTL à Table and it was a fantastic experience. Each choice on the table d'hôte sounded delicious and it was hard to choose. I went with the smoked mussel vegetable soup, mushroom cavatelli and pavlova.

I knew it was a good restaurant, I went there for breakfast few times few years ago and was never disappointed. However, I never tried the dinner, until this day. The food is very tasteful, you can distinguish the flavour of each item and still appreciate the perfect bite with every ingredient mixed together. There is a real creativity in every proposed dishes and every one of them are so different. The wine selection is interesting as well, and the service is very friendly and is definitely part of the overall experience. I will definitely go back to enjoy their different menus.
